This privacy policy applies to the InnerAura Connect app
(hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that
was created by Smart Media Production LLC
(hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.
This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it.
This information may include, but is not limited to:
Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
The total time spent on the Application
The operating system used on your mobile device
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to deliver important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may request certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to gender. The information requested will be retained by the Service Provider and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

You can stop all information collection by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or through the application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete User-Provided Data you have submitted via the Application, please contact support@smartmediaproduction.us, and they will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, that information will be immediately deleted from their servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at support@smartmediaproduction.us so appropriate action can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are used to protect the information processed and maintained by the Service Provider.

Usage Terms
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use.
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, reverse-engineering, translation, or creation of derivative works of the Application is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or introduce charges at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated in advance.
Data & Device Responsibility
The Application stores and processes personal data provided by you in order to deliver its services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.

Internet & Network Usage
Some features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced functionality due to lack of connectivity or exhausted data limits.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms apply, and you may incur data or roaming charges. You accept responsibility for these charges.
If you are not the bill payer, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer to use the Application.
Limitations of Liability
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate and up to date, they rely on third-party information sources and accept no liability for losses resulting from reliance on the Application’s content.
The Service Provider is not responsible for issues caused by device battery failure or device misuse.
Updates & Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. You agree to accept updates when offered.
The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination:
